• Enrollments are accepted on a first come, first
served basis with adjustments for age
and gender balance.
• Students from low income families are invited to
apply for scholarships. Go to
madcap.org for an application for financial
assistance or call MadCAP’s office
(608.251-1879) to have an application mailed to
your home. Note: Scholarships
require a reference from an educator for
participation.
• Post card confirmations are sent when MadCAP
receives your enrollment form.
If you have enrolled in a program that has filled,
you will receive notification within
7-10 days and your child placed on a waiting list
if you choose to do so. In April,
you will receive an invoice and/or receipt for
payment, health forms and other
additional information about attending MadCAP this
summer.
• If you enroll late in May or early June, you may
not receive additional info before the
session begins, in this case, please call the
office (608.251-1879) for confirmation.
• Tuition payments are not refundable after May
15, 2008.
• MadCAP cannot save a place without the full
tuition payment. However, if space is
available, MadCAP does accept enrollments until
the program has filled. |
